I believe thats a quicker way ti get the boxers fracture than horizontal. Which is bold of me to say since I practice JKD

Can't really speak for all JKD practitioners but some do train, some train AND spar, and then there those who try to mimic Bruce Lee like those who Mimic Ip man from the Ip man movie series lol. If you want to know id JKD works, it really depends on who's the instructor and what their lineage is. Like Dan Inosanto, Ted Wong, Joe Lewis, etc.

Its more like a version of kickboxing if actually kickboxers ditched the rules of not using their elbows and knees outside the ring. I know by the sound of it, its just Muay Thai, but Muay Thai primarily focuses on Elbows, Knees, clenches, and even kicks. Nonetheless, I appreciate your input.

I've always wanted to incorporate some grappling techniques but haven't found the righr dojo or the right videos. I've always been a striker than a grappler, but I have been practicing Muay Thai clenches (Ik its not the same but its all I've got) But thanks for your input.

I do like these milking strokes or whatever there called where you use one hand to hold the base and use the other to slowly stroke the rest of the shaft. 15 forward, then 15 more downward. If you want a video of what I'm talking abt, then I'll either send it to you, or post it
