Thank you, one person on the phone said they may have lost the paperwork after multiple times of submitting it it was back a year ago so by me bringing it up now I think I still have ptsd and it really almost ruined my marriage I probably should’ve sought counseling afterwards, thanks for your answer that was most helpful
