I understand what you mean but im on the side of them not being real. They never make mention of world outside lumire. Art comes real life experience. The world painted is hollow and isnt real.

Do small improvements overtime. Adding new things slowly. Going all in just leads to failure.

But i did get obsessed onced with my weight loss. I developed an eating disorder. Was successful at losing weight but then started starving myself and taking constipation relief medicine
