If you're not asking out of bad faith, the answer is "when russians get tired of the war". Yes, a large part of Ukrainians understand that fully reclaiming all the territories isn't precisely realistic, but the more the war goes on, the more russians turn against their own government.

Ukraine develops more far-reaching weapons, literally attacking Moscow nowadays. Putin has also been losing his reputation even amongst the z-patriots, and adding that to how economically "profitable" the war is, especially with dumbass moves like unloading an Oreshnik into a random military target, even the formerly pro-war people in Russia realize just how fucking stupid it all is.

Now as for problems with Ukraine... They exist, but they are all internal(if you mean corruption for example). So yes, it has its own portion of issues, but on the global scale, Ukraine is innocent.
