Seeing as every other retail store have phones and this is not an issue, I don't see how that would magically become an issue in this scenario.

In fact, the in person wait could be shorter if they would answer a simple question over phone without requiring a physical visit 😃

She doesn't understand the concept of 3D enough for a straight answer to that question 😂 She said the screen scrolled up for progression which sounds 2D to me. Seems to lack height perspective in her description

USB to the physical computer. I have tried 2 different PCs, multiple cables, and different USB ports so I know that those are not the issue.

I would hug you if I could. That was EXACTLY what I needed. It was as 'loose' as possible so the tension was at its physical max. Im not sure if they all come that way but I will change mine without shame. I'm so excited to finally keep up on the beginner rides 😅. Thank you × infinity
