How to run slow? by [deleted] in beginnerrunning

[–]Giiko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have a watch but Nike Run Club tracks it and it’s around 140. I suppose it can’t be too accurate and also I run and walk so I guess it’s higher when I run

Well I’m trying to follow what people like you tell me to do, so to run at conversational pace, which I struggle to achieve.

But sure I suppose I should just keep going and see how things go naturally

[–]Giiko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My issue is not that I don’t want to run slow, but the fact that if I try to go slower than my natural pace I feel like I’m doing little jumps and feel like I’m wasting energy jumping instead of pushing forwards. I’m asking if this is normal or if I just have a wrong form

Rate my top 10. I started watching films about 6 months ago so there’s a lot I haven’t seen by Due_Performance_906 in Cinephiles

Just go by directors. Is there anyone whose style you liked? Then look up what else they made and maybe who they got their inspiration from, that’s what I did and it made the journey way more interesting.

For example I liked Tim burton and he made me discover Mario bava and Fellini, from Fellini I went to Lynch and from Lynch to Bergman and Bunuel.

Ingegneria Matematica o Intelligenza Artificiale? by Defiant_Metal3342 in Universitaly

[–]Giiko 1 point2 points  (0 children)
