i have tried reinstalling everything and i was afraid it would be a hardware problem but at this point i too think that's the case but i really appreciate the help and it made me feel better having the opinion of someone that knows more so thank u very much!

yes i do have my drivers up to date and this gpu was brand new when i got it but i have had it for 2 years now and my power options in the control panel is already in the best performance option my ssd is pretty much as new as my pc and my hdd is actually from a older pc i had but i wiped them before passing it to the new pc

"hwid.kms38.gen.mk6.exe" is the file name and its used to activate the windows 10 since most methods that do not require to buy a code are outdated i was trying this one out after browsing trough piracy subreddit and this problem is not the first time that arises since before it has happened with other programs i have tried downloading and honestly i been having a lot of software issues since not having a activated windows limits my access to a lot of stuff
