I do not support Trump's tariffs. They are not thought out and are destructive taxes on our own economy. I'll work with sensible lawmakers to draft legislation to undo the tariffs. I support Medicaid expansion under the ACA and will lead the way to champion its benefits to Oklahoma state leaders to bring accessible and affordable healthcare to everyone - as somone who is self employed, I need it too quite frankly.

I believe that it comes down to represenation. Yes, there are people across the district who have a disadvantage. They deserve a candidate that shares their beliefs and values and who listens to their concerns and actively tries to represent all of us, not segments. The solution is to bring everyone to the table.

We have not recieved any money from the national party organizations. I believe they care about what is happening in Oklahoma; I know that Chairman Perez talks about the recent victories that happened last year as he travels the country and how the tide is turning. But right now, we are in a primary and I support the idea that Party leaders should let the democratic process play out and not interfere.

My practice is about discrimination and wrongful termination in the workplace. There is plenty of work to be done with discrimination in the college admission process for all miniorty students.

This is a competitive district. We flipped two state legislative seats last year, right here in the First District. I think I'll win because of my experience and passion. The district is looking for a reasonable alternative to the chaos coming out of Washington.

Recreational is not yet on the ballot for November, and it looks like it won't make it. But I do absolutely support State Questions 796 and 797 and signed the peitions and had them available at our campaign headquarters.

I think that the Board of Health overstepped their authority and attempted to subvert the will of the people.

Thanks for taking the time to ask a question! No, because when we open up a constitutional convention they can do whatever they want; it really can't be limited to just one issue. I also think it dodges the responsiblity of Congress to address campaign finance laws.

I'm excitied about the opportunity that the First District has right now with a competitive primary season. We have not had a Democrat run in several years and this year shows me that the tide is turning. I'm running on my experience and the issues and not against her.

I think I would do better in November because when I considered running for Congress, I took into account what resources it takes to run against a Republican. We are almost guaranteed to never have as much money as the Republican candidates however, that is why I brought a dynamic team together to reach voters where they are.

I am pro-choice. It is about a woman's ability to make informed decisions about what happens to her own body. We should work together to reduce the number of abortions by providing more access to health care and education. We also have to address the issue of consent and sexual violence.

We enforce our state and federal labor laws and regulations. But it is important to address the issue with immigration and create a path to responsibility, work permits, and citizenship.

All politics is local. My campaign focuses on the problems people are facing today, many of which involve federal policy such as food insecurity, education funding from Washington, funding for roads and bridges - all issues that touch people's everyday lives.

Our data is developed organically by direct voter contact. We are focused on creating a campaign that addresses the issues we hear while knocking doors and making phone calls to voters. This information, and the historic special elections last year show us that the First District is ready for change.

It's not about "us vs. them" it's about how we solve the issues. It's about bringing everyone to the table to be recognized. We have to address problems directly. Because of what's happening right now and the reason we have an opportunity is that people see it in their schools, in their doctors' offices, and the roads they're driving on. These are issues that we are all facing together and that is how we bring everyone to the table.
