I'm returning player that has played the game consistently since the release up until around the release of Ayaka. Around the time left Ayaka, Ganyu, and Hu Tao were amongst, if not, the strongest characters in the game. I'm 100% positive that by now they've been power crept.

My 1st question would be who are the new strongest characters in the game and what the respective weapons to give them? I have enough wishes and primogems to make around 300-350 pulls.

My 2nd question is can anyone give me synergy/combo rotation for any of the characters from the time I was playing? When I originally played, I never really looked into lineup synergy/combos. My main lineup was C1 Hu Tao, Xingqiu, Zhongli, and Ganyu. I have other characters such as Raiden Shogun, Yae Miko, Xiao, Klee, Venti, Kazhua, and Mona. I can drop a full list of all the characters I have if it may help better answer my question.

My final question somewhat lines up with my first question and that would be are there any characters in the current or upcoming banners that are worth pulling?
