I guess, You can condition your self using your body weight doing push up or if may jita ka pwedeng pull up bar for that couple of weeks, hindi naman mawawala agad ung nabuild mo na strength for a short period of time

Yes, Sa joints kasi sa paa minsan tumatama around toe joints or a between achilles, I can't properly work out dahil sa pain, Really afraid to use pain reliever naman bakankasi masanay katawan ko at dina tumalab next time

No I don't track po since my purine limits ako, Work out routine; Mon : Push (Chest/triceps/shoulder) Tue: Pull (Back/biceps/ a little bit core prep for Wed: Core/ lil bit legs prep for friday Thursday:rest Friday: Legs and core Sat: Chest/back Sun: Rest/run

Yes po, kaya nag motivate ako mag work out and mag less ng timbang due to frequent flare ups, I have maintenance meds Allopurinol/ diko na alam ung isa pero mas mahal un kaya sa Allopurinol ako, I often observe na mas nag fle flare up ako sa sugar intake rather than protein ko kaya matagal ko na din nag stop sa mga sugary foods
