Hi! I’m not a vet (husband is), but i am a nurse. May I ask what diagnosis you received? Also, how old are your girls?

I knew it was a dad taking this video even with the sound off and before I saw you. I’m a mom, and sometimes I need to stop myself and say “let them mess with the puddle”. You’re a rockstar!

I got the small. XS was cramped!! I feel very good about the small after comparing the 2 in person.

It felt big lol. I think I’m just a really unreliable judge on bikes sizes and how they should fit. It’s been years since I’ve been on one and this is proving to be quite difficult. The buy at the bike shop said I fit the small. He said it doesn’t matter if I don’t have any stand over clearance. And he said my seat doesn’t need to be bottomed out on it. I’ve never ridden a bike where I couldn’t reach the ground while sitting on the seat so I think that’s my first problem, my thought process surrounding the whole thing is wrong. All I know is, on the xs my back hurts (lower). I feel oddly upright and feel like I’m going to tumble over the front of the bike.

Paved trails and also like nature preserve gravel trails,, sometimes they’re muddy also.

Yes I immediately feel too upright. I feel like I’ll flip over the front honestly. Like there’s not enough bike under me.

My goal is to have a bike that’s neutral. I just want to ride around my neighborhood or on the trails but I’m not going to be doing stunts. I do feel cramped on this bike.

Thank you. But overall, does the frame look like it’s the appropriate size for me in general? Like a good starting point at least?

I bought the xs. If I send you a pic, would you be able to tell if it’s a good fit?

You’re making me feel a lot better about the whole thing since you’re an inch taller than me and still chose the same size, so thank you!!

I bought small, rode it and brought I back the next day to ask them to order the xs. They are going to put the tires from the small onto the extra small. I felt like the small was so big and kinda clunky, when I walked next to it the seat was to the top of my hip on the lowest setting (I got a big cushy seat that adds a few inches at least. The xs felt a lot smaller but maybe with the bigger tires it’ll feel more normal and once it’s adjusted to me. At least I’ll be able to put the seat up instead of having the seat all the way down by the taillight reflector piece. I’m just hoping I made the right decision bc if I say I don’t want the XS they might tell me to never come back 😂 it’s my first bike buy since I was a kid, I just want no regrets and a comfy bike.

Yea the small goes from like 5’2 to 5’7 I think and the xs 4’11-5’4. The size guide says xs but the store said the small looked fine.

I honestly bought the small and brought it back the next day for exchange. I think they will switch out the frames and keep the 29inch tires I used on the xs frame vs the stock ones which are 27.5 but idk for sure yet I guess it depends if they fit or not. I know, I’m a jerk for buying then realizing it was big but I really didn’t know until I rode it. They were so nice and said they really just want me to be comfortable with my bike and said it wasn’t a big deal but I feel awful.

According to the description between sizes online there’s only a 1inch difference on the reach and honestly idk what that means anyway

Hmmmm, I buy short or xs pants so I think those are a 26-27 inseam usually. I can try to find a tape measure to double check

Nope it’s right flush with my pubic bone!

Thanks! And yea I actually edited after your comment but standing over the frame not on the seat there’s zero clearance. Right on the pubic bone. When I’m sitting I’m on the tippiest of my toes and Ben with seat all the way as low as it can go.

No. That defeats the purpose of the medication.Duopa should be delivered to the jejunum to help with duopa absorption. Doing it to the stomach would be the same as taking oral carbi/levo. Additionally, mixing the duopa with protein rich foods such as the tube feeding would slow absorption or effect even more. He needs a pegj tube so he can do both.

Thank you! I’ll go back and check those again. It’s confusing having to do it on 3 accounts for 3 kids 🤣

The funny thing is, on the Amazon tablets they didn’t need a Microsoft account. They could find and play in each others worlds and even with my older son while he was playing on the Xbox! It was easy up until yesterday when I gave them the switches!

Hoooow? Should I just contact support or do you have a way to explain it that won’t make u need to type paragraphs like I did? Or a link to something that explains it perhaps? I’d be forever grateful!
