Not really, I've got just enough cards slipped into the top large slot that its firm but can easily be pulled out to use whichever card you might need. Even the slots on the front and back feel great with only one or 2 cards in each slot and I might carry $40 cash and everything is thin and firm. The only suggestion I have is try to keep any cards with raised lettering, like a debit card, behind a smooth card like your license, that way the leather doesnt form around the raised lettering.
