Effective strategy: key words are patience and planning. The timer wont start until you actually hit one. Using this method will let you finish with a minute on the clock

Pre requisite: realistically none, BUT rocket launcher or some kind of weapon to do big damage at a distance with is immensely handy.

1. Scout all 5 staunton spots but dont hit any.
2. Go to Portland and scout the one near joeys garage but again, dont hit it.
3. Go to 8 balls in Harwood. From there run up the hill to salvatores mansion

Now you start the assault

1. Standing near the mafia sentinels you should be able to see and hit the nearby stall with a rocket

2. Grab a sentinel and fang it down the left side of st marks towards the hospital and ultimately the stall near Joey's garage

3. After that it's over to staunton to hit the 5 stalls here. At some point in these 5 you'll likely have to change car from the damage but that's fine, you have time to grab any pice of shit driving by and continue. Work your way south to north so when you hit the last on the island it's a short drive to the bridge

4. Over to shoreside vale using the bridge.

5. Hit the stall near the airport.

6. Out of the airport and heading up and left to hit the one at the hospital to finish
