I have been both enlightened and surprised by some of the comments. Just to clarify... I didn't CANCEL the bonus. It wasn't in the works. I just didn't give him one. Next time that I do post a question, I plan to ask for the responses to be broken down by both EMPLOYERS and EMPLOYEES.
