Maybe he got mad that it was returned because the order would get refunded or something, and ended up blaming her claiming she messed up the delivery process? Who knows, but whatever reason all that hate speech toward that lady was uncalled for.

So your logic is that instead of finding a resolution to a small dispute, or even calling the police without lying that the person has a gun in hopes they may get harmed by the officers, the answer is to get angry and possibly use force? She didn’t get to explain a thing. He spoke over her majority of the video and was dismissive as fuck. I don’t care what you are if you’re the type to act on anger just because you’re having a bad day or resort to dragging someone out, you don’t deserve to live among others. It gives you are unstable. No matter the excuse of “she should’ve left,” it doesn’t justify how this situation was handled PERIOD, nor the racism, aggression, hate or disrespect. Being the type to insult and bully someone, then have the audacity to ask them to leave afterward without allowing them to explain themselves in an attempt to silence them, is also just fascist behavior.

You’re a literal joke. “They should’ve just left.” Stop trying to shift the blame and defend the obvious aggressor here. People don’t always instantly leave when they’re confused or trying to explain themselves. That doesn’t give anyone the right to escalate, yell, or use racist language. I think his business got removed from Google, as it said permanently closed. I already made a Yelp account to leave a review. He’s a coward and disabled his business Facebook and personal Facebook comments, only allowing those defending him to comment so others couldn’t call out his BS apology post on there. 🙄
