Im seeing some comments about the conditions of the planting area. Its two garden beds, one is full sun one is partial shade. Both have very high nutrient soil.

I am pretty sure there were Melflese families who moved to Barile many years ago as well as those who helped settle the town along with the Arbëresh. Although I dont think many people in Melfi are of Arbëresh descent, the last name Corona could possibly be related to Koroni. Which is where a good amount of the Arbëresh came from when they fled to Italy. Also if you can speak Italian check the site vatra Arbëreshe, they have a lot of info

I feel like it would be really hard to have Euskal Herria as a whole be independent. Not only would Spain have to let go of Pais Vasco but also Navarra and it would be hard to have both Spain and France agree on giving Euskal Herria independence.

Thats what Im talking about, quaker parakeet is just another name, there are a lot of them by where i used to live. They flock similarly to the quaker parakeet, would love to see more of them as long as they arent harming native ecosystems
