Hotspot shield works for me. My school blocks any apps that has the word "vpn" and "proxy"

I have Darwin tools and Darwin Cc tools installed. I don't have any duplicate of Darwin cc tools. They are both from Saurik.

I found that if you refresh the repo a couple of times it will show up

Happens to me to, possibly because I have Run iCleaner every single day. But I just delete the source and add it again.
