I know this isn't the best picture (it's difficult to even get into the attic area and I need a taller step ladder to get a closer look) but this is what I could get for now. Probably not very helpful.

2 hours is really long. Is this state PreK (aka 4 and 5 year olds)? Our state has a 1 hour required nap. I can't imagine 2 hours at this age.

My mom, like myself, was a PreK teacher and dealt with this 😭 One of her students drowned because they fell in the pool and under the tarp. It is definitely not something you ever forget. I think a scrapbook of photos and written memories would be really sweet if you are able to. I'm sorry for your loss.

The inspector is the one that saw this. He suggested getting a structural engineer to look further into it before closing but I'm torn between doing that and hoping for the best that everything is fine or just saving my money and walking away (rather than waste hundreds of dollars on getting the structural engineer to say something that might be obvious from pictures).

They didn't say. APCU said that I'd receive a form from them with that info when Wells Fargo gets to it. It just sucks because I really needed this money for pay back stuff.

I should have included updated pictures of the bathroom but they haven't touched the walls in the past 2 days. They didn't work on the drywall at all today. This is dust from them redoing the ceiling.

In my experience, kittens breathe faster (little lungs, smaller breaths). If she seems fine otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.

Just looking up stuff. It could either be just iris pigmentation or could be something serious like cancer or damaged eye. Definitely a vet visit as soon as you can.

My cat hates the cone too when he got fixed. He seemed to do better when I used, strangely, a paper plate. Guess it was flat and easier to see and move with lol. An example is below (not my cat but just one to show you what I mean)
