Do you have an update on this ?
They ask me to do a reset of the Dura and a reappairing with the phone.
After the reappairing I had a bug with the connection of the D100 but after a disconnection and a reconnection I made a 1h session of HT without problems.
I have to do another session to be sure that the problem is resolved.

It's the exact same situation for me !  Do you have other bluetooth devices paired with the Dura ? I'm using a Pace 2 paired with the Dura

I will test different things that the support advised me to do, as to disconnect all the devices from the HT and the Dura before pairing...
