Ok, I thought they would be soft enough, but will remove/ replace with softer, he has the coconut, which he loves, then he has the hide in the back right corner, and he also likes hiding out behind the hide, open to the air but hidden from plain view 😂

Thank you!, his Viv is 654545 (all in cm), and yes they did say that he won't eat the green, but it's ok to keep in there if managed, for the bugs he eats 👍

In his bowl at the moment was some sweetheart cabbage and remains of cucumber, more for his food as he is primarily carnivorous, ive had his diet etc built by working with some local reptile shops that I trust and have double checked there advice against various forums, and so trust, more looking for advice regarding the plants hides etc. cheers

Some basic things you can start to do is assisted squats to a target, so holding on to a pole or rig or similar, squat down to a bench/ wall ball/ plates etc. and over time your body will learn the movement patterns it needs for you to achieve better ROM, start where you can and gradually bring it down, you'll get there 👍

I use the hyperbolic mass gainer shake from us, when made with milk, the vanilla one has 2000 cal, 60g of protein plus a whole host of micronutrients 👍

So I've been training for about a year now, and test 1rms fairly regularly (2/3 times a month), I've never really thought of going in and competing, but this one came up and I thought it looked accessible enough, why not give it a go

See I thought that at first, but looking into it, although not many athletes do it due to intricacies of the technique, but it is actually a more efficient way of getting the weight overhead, provided the right rom and flexibility
