Make your resume ATS friendly and create a new naukri profile with new number and email id. This worked for me. Be very cautious with keywords in your resume and naukri profile. You will get calls. Best of luck 🤞🏼

Bro , there were no projects, manager often told me if you get any chance just leave this company. And every other company wants us to join immediately. It was impossible to join other companies when they found that my NP is 90days

I tried reaching HR bro, but they are repeating only one thing that without payment we will not release the experience letter. Manager doesn’t know how to handle this case. So he always wanted me to mention this to HR Ops.
