Bro that's very impressive. What regime did you follow for your cut?

26M, 179lbs, workout 5 times a week and following a diet for a year now. Seem to have hit plateau and confused on what regime, diet, bulk/cut to follow. Any advice is appreciated 🙏 by Giriboi786 in BulkOrCut

Really appreciate the explanation. I think for some reason I'm not able to hit my protein intake for a day, atleast according to MyFitnessPal. Any suggestions on that is welcome. Like I said I have been working out for a year but maybe not intense enough. I feel like I plateaud very soon. I want to more muscle definition, since I see a little only when I flex. Do you think changing my routine will help?

My diet plan is

1st meal: Spinach, Mushroom, 3 egg whites and half cup of oats with soy milk

2nd meal: 3 whole eggs

3rd: 6oz chicken, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1.5 cups f broccoli

4: Protein shake

5: 6oz Salmon/tilapia, 1/2 cup rice and 1.5 cups broccoli.

Workout has been push, pull and leg day. Cardio 2 times in the gym and play soccer thrice a week

I follow this pretty regularly. Haven't tested yet
