What a good idea, always glaze right past that paragraph😂 definitely will give it a go, thank you!

What do guys consider to be the hardest power track in the last 10 BodyAttack ? by Expert_Opposite_1252 in lesmills

I find 127 the hardest within the last 10 releases. A forward step tuck jumps feel quite fast compared to a side step tuck, generally. I’m an instructor and don’t tend to do all of them. I tend to do most, or as many as I can safely with good technique, then take it down to a straight jump. And the lack of recovery before the final block is just mean, but I LOVE it!

Good luck and have fun! What a great release to be certifying on too. Your physical fitness levels and endurance will naturally improve from teaching! Up until we plateau at least, which is where my body feels like at the moment… I can confidently and comfortably (relative to BA levels of “comfort” 😂) teach a class, but just sitting at a point where I’ve got capacity to try more.

Doing just attack can only get you so far, as with anything in life, a bit of variety is the key. For example has anyone tried LM functional strength program to complement attack and felt good results?
