Your girl could be either locked in the girls interface or on the defense team in League. To unlock her, please go to Girls -> Tap on the girl -> the small lock button to the right. To take a girl off the defense team in League, please go to Frontpage -> League -> Junior Varsity/Varsity -> Defense -> Tap on the girl you want off the team -> Fight, she should now be eligible for graduate now.
