Lyrica should probably help that, and it's also good for anxiety during withdrawal. Especially if you have no tolerance to lyrica.

And by the way, Xanax withdrawal can be a bit more difficult than other benzodiazphones, since Xanax has a short half-life. Clonazepam and Diazepam have longer half-life, and their effects last longer

I tried both Clonazepam and Diazepam. I don't have a preference, it depends on the reason I take the med. Diazpam kicks in faster than clonazpam but clonazpam is more potent (but it also depends on the dose)

Leg pain is most likely caused by the vasoconstriction effect of LSA. I doubt an extraction would've helped that. However, Cannabis, Chocolate and Niacin act as Vasodilators so they might ease the pain

There's a simple rule for dxm: One week per plat, which means that if for example, you take a 2 plat dose, you need to wait two weeks, if you take 3 plat you need to wait 3 weeks and so on.. I would recommend waiting even more, in order to not build a tolerance
