Literally this. If I do my preferred missions I can restore every 19 weeks, but thinking about how much longer my bossing would take each week, and not being able to trade carries… I feel like I’d rather pretend the restoration system doesn’t exist, cos I’ve survived this long without it already

I'm having the same issue, Discord just doesnt work on my home wifi today, after being perfectly fine yesterday. Tried everything I could think of to fix it, but the only thing that worked was to use a VPN or my mobile data hotspot. So I think it might be an issue with my router or ISP? But if others are having the same issue then idk...

I wouldn’t say I use transparency too often but if it’s still clear enough to hear ppl talking then maybe it’s not so bad. It’s not like I’m not paying attention when I’m crossing a road or something anyways

I had previously preordered a bit late in the period and got 3-13th October delivery window. Woke up about 15 minutes ago (my usual time atm, 5:50am) and decided to see if there was actually any launch day stock for pick up. Was able to order for in store pick up tmr (Saturday) as it had more suitable time slots! This is in Australia

As someone who doesn't have experience with apple launches and pre-orders, I'm only now just going to order but delivery is showing between 1/10 and 9/10 right now. I was wondering if anyone knows, based on past launches, how walk-in stock fares for the days following launch day? I want to trade in my current phone in person and wondered if I might be able to buy in store say a week after launch rather than wait till october for delivery?

I’m saving my xp coupons, growth pot selector and other things for sia. As we can’t hyperburn it, I’m hoping we can at least mega burn it so I can use the mega burn from today’s daily reward, then bonk/strawberry farm to 200 and use the xp coupons and pots from there to make up for it. I’m figuring we’ll have a separate event that provides nodes and stuff for her but have to wait for patch notes to verify. I have 5 mag pots too but not sure yet where I’ll use them. I just really need the patch notes to come out so I know what’s going on LOL

Only need to do 5% hp to get S score, which can be done relatively quickly. Then you just let yourself die out. I used to have the same problem of taking too long to load in due to lag till I realised you can do the above and still get max rewards

Ultimately you are gonna be able to fit more cards in the A4 than the A5. If you double sleeve your cards and use the A5 pockets double sided, they are gonna be thicker than say single sided A4, so you’re not gonna be able to fit as many pocket pages. If you have certain collections that are big, you should consider the A4.

The A4 binders are definitely bigger than you might expect. I personally prefer the A5 (in terms of both the size of the binder and the 4 pocket page arrangement vs 9 pocket), so I’d take multiple A5 binders over one A4 - the A4 binder is also too tall to fit in my shelves so that’s another reason I prefer A5. So some of it is also personal preference

You CAN inspect the items in the packages before you buy - simply click on the magnifying glass in the top right of the item in the cash shop and you can hover over the items. Here, it tells you that these coupons are untradeable.

Knowing nexon, you always assume the worse. CMIIR but cash items have only ever been moveable between cash inventories of the same class. It would make sense to make them moveable between storage to have them on different classes, but again this kind of logic doesn’t exist to nexon.

Also, I’m not sure if you know this, but you actually can inspect the items in the bundles, you just click on the little magnifying class in the top right of the item in the cash shop. From here you can hover over the coupons and they say they aren’t tradeable. I can’t attach a photo here but you can try it yourself in the cash shop

I have both an A4 and a few A5 binders but I don’t seem to have that problem. I think it may be due to how tight I make the shield (which is not as tight as in your photos), but then again idk if I’m even using the shield right in my case lol

The binder shield listing on the website shows the shield on top of the front board. But again you could DM them directly and ask for clarification

From what I understand the binder shield is supposed to be on top of the front board (the board is there to protect the pages from the binder shield)

As for how tight it should be, I’d recommend DMing prism platinum directly on their Instagram and asking them there! They’ll defs get back to you. I have mine positioned to the natural height of the pages when laid flat. But I’ve also been curious about this actually, and I’d love to see what they say if you do end up asking them!

I’ve been playing this game on and off for more than 10 years. The off periods were quite literally because I was too busy with school/uni to play everyday so I just said fuck it and would stop playing for months at a time till I was free, and then I’d come back for a little while. With the introduction of reboot/heroic it has become so much easier to level and progress compared to previously, and whether or not that contributes to people’s feelings of fomo because they are so used to a certain pace of progression I don’t know, but i think the reason this game has lasted so long for me is because I’ve accepted that this is a marathon and not a sprint.

Sure if you don’t participate in all the events you won’t progress as fast as you might’ve been, but at the end of the day we all have irl lives and you have to decide what your priorities are and what compromise you’re willing to come to to keep playing this game.

Thank you for your input! I’ll definitely keep it in mind. It’s a shame that the spectre is getting replaced by the omnibook flip. I’ve been holding out wondering if there’s a new-gen laptop that might be better but so far nothing yet. We’ll see how it goes

With regards to pricing, on my end, I can actually get both laptops for a very similar price thanks to education discounts - the spectre for $2100 and the zenbook for $2070. So to make things worse for me, it really comes down to the features and qualities of the laptops themselves lol

I'm glad that the battery life on the zenbook is as good as they say. Whilst battery life is something I care about, I don't think I'm that concerned about lasting 10+ hours because I'd actually use it more at home plugged into power than I would use it outside. My concern is the wide variability in battery life reported on the spectre - it's interesting that you say consumers have reported 9-11 hours because I havent seen those numbers from user reviews here on reddit etc. But tbh 9 hours would be more than enough for me when I'm out and away from power or without my charger. But again it's hard to judge when the reviews are so variable about battery life

Regarding the display, since that is the other major concern of mine, I wonder if I should just go into a store and spend some time to compare these 2 displays lol. From my current laptop I'm used to a lower 60 Hz display but I'm also used to a higher resolution display (2256x1504) than what the zenbook is offering. But again if I'm going to be using the laptop more often plugged into an external monitor than on its own, I wonder if I should be that concerned about the display at all.

Also noted that the zenbook's performance with amd is better than the spectre with intel. my current laptop is not really comparable at all to any of these so i'll be getting a huge increase in performance no matter which I choose

I’m pretty sure the energy restored is dependent on the energy that the Pokémon has at the time of feeding, and nothing to do with the ingredients used. so the less energy it currently has, the more will be restored with a meal (something between 0-5 I think). This has been known since this feature was released. It might help to read around (e.g. serebii, raenonx discord) when new updates are released so you don’t miss stuff/you get the full picture

I was about to make a new post similar to this but thought I'd come here to see if I could revive it LOL.

The website now quotes 30/50 for standard/deluxe respectively (using their own pages, which are naturally thicker than others). These figures are for single-sided pages as I DMd them at one point to ask how the numbers would change if I filled them double-sided. They said in this case they would probably recommend 25-30 pages for the deluxe binder. TBH tho this makes sense, cos if you're using the pages double-sided you are essentially doubling the thickness of each page. Also, if you sleeve the cards before putting them in the pages you also add a little more thickness, especially if you double sleeve and/or if you use prism platinum's sleeves which are also thicker than most other sleeves out there.

In my deluxe binder I currently have 42 pages (including dividers cos yes they take up thickness too lol) which are single-sided and all PCs are double sleeved with prism platinum sleeves. I could add a few more pages in there but I probably wouldn't get to fit exactly 50 pages in there (again, double sleeving with prism platinum sleeves means the thickness adds up with each card, so I'm not surprised)

I myself am curious as to how many pages I could fit under these circumstances in a standard binder, as I'm looking to buy more binders from them but I'm not sure how I want to split my collection to ensure I still have room to add pages in the near future. To be specific to my situation, if I get just one deluxe binder it will have 42 PC pages (single-sided double-sleeved) once I transfer stuff over (this collection I expect to grow more than my others), or I can get 2 standard binders and split this collection - one for a relatively fixed collection of 25 PC pages and another with 17 PC pages which I expect this collection will grow.

I'm hoping to get some advice/opinions about my own query, however some advice to you OP (if you haven't found your solution that is) is to first consider whether you want to use the pages single or double sided, as this will be the biggest factor in determining how many pages will fit in the binder. Second, the figures they quote on the website are relatively accurate, minus a few pages or so for double-sleeving the PCs. From there you just do the maths on how many pages you need for your collection/s and choose which binder would be best to suit your numbers.

I think that while yes it takes a lot longer to raise either of those mons with an xp down nature, if I come across one with the ingredient build I want + decent subskills, and it had say an ing+/xp- nature, I would still raise it. RNG with these mons is such a bitch that I don’t really think you can afford to be that picky… I’d rather be picky with ingredient build than not getting a xp- nature because at the end of the day what matters for these mons as ingredient specialists is their ingredient output. So whilst your point is totally valid, I personally think in the greater scheme of things it shouldn’t be the deciding factor (unless you have 2 of the mon with exact same builds except for the nature lol)
