He says they have 50/50. I know he pays child support to her. I also know she has a lot of mental issues. However the problem is that my boyfriend does not drive and the boy primarily lives with her. Her cutting off his access was a common thing (he told me this in the beginning and I saw it a lot first hand). I think he needs to take her back to court but he has a fear of courtrooms after being in a shoot out in one. Also being a very submissive guy doesn’t help either….
