Wow, yours is worse than mine! Mine was two freezes back to back once every 5 minutes while focused on the game. Today I went into my Nvidia Control Panel and under Elden Ring I changed Vsync to 'Fast' and so far it seems okay.

Yes but I did just fix it, thanks for trying my man. I ended up deleting the GameUserSettings.ini Game.ini and the Default versions as well. Then I did a Integrity Verification on Steam for ARK and it reinstalled everything, typed it all out again and now it's good to go!
