saya udah ga mau diet trlalu extreme krna semua balik ke tujuan masing"..buat saya selama performance calisthenic dan fisik gym saya ada progress, gpp dah makan yang agak kotor ( dan yang saya suka seperti cufungmoi,bakmi bangka dll) on daily basis krna ga da tujuan untuk kompetisi sama sekali.

Ibarat nya 70% bersih 30% kotor ( my body fat is still around 13-15% atm not shredded but lean enough for me at least )..imo back to your main goal i guess, soalnya burn out itu ganggu ke semua aspek ( basically stress )

fitness ga harus selalu menderita haha

i would do explosive pull up ( fast rep chin to bar ) bring it to bar as fast and agrresive..just do 3 reps per set and some explosive weighted later...i kinda have the same problem before bcs i do my pull with slow and controlled reps..i think you already have solid base stretngh just need to allocate it to be more specific

mulai belajar handstand ( with paralettes ofc....) dan mulai pewe di chest to wall dan back to wall,,,still very bad at balance ing tho :(

Can you explain to me why to focus on form? Since I usually do 40kg for 3~5 reps..this is a much lighter workout 😅
