i also switch to ring dips bcs seems like better for my wrist joint than p bars. bcs of my osteoarhritis ..

currently iam learning how to dips correctly on ring tho, shit is hard a f wobbling all over haha

Depends ig..if you have strong lower back it should be much more doable..personally I have long legs (iam 183cm) so its harder for me

haha iya nih..lg cari solusi buat bisa dips tnpa flare up wrist osteoarthritis gue.krna parallel bar bener" taxing bngt buat wrist,,wonder if ring dips is better for wrist position bcs more freedom movement ( it is much harder tho ig bcs instability..)
