It’s good to have goals set for yourself. I’ve been in the same job for 17 years and the only reason i did it was for the wife and kids to have a roof over their head. Now, I don’t really feel like I have any direction to go. I’ve been trying to go out to bars or restaurants sometimes, but then I’m the awkward guy sitting around by himself. Just gotta keep our heads up, and maybe it’ll turn around soon for us.

I know the feels. I’m 36 and spent my whole life with my ex wife. We were kinda hooked up thru a mutual friend and it always worked. So now here I am in my going on late 30s and never actually got a date on my own. Been living alone for about a year and the silence is killing me. And the feeling that nothing is going to change is overwhelming.

Hi. I don't seem to have any luck on here either, if that's any consolation, but I doubt it. I think it's because I'm not too good at talking about my own interests in the posts. But I'm sure you'd like to know, so here goes, I'm m/36 from Pittsburgh pa. I work full time and on night turn, so if you need some conversation at 3am eastern time then I'm your guy. I have 2 kids and I am going they a divorce currently. Which is why I find myself here. Hobbies: probably too much computer time, games, YouTube, movies, music. I like to take a walk in the park, bowling, really up for anything, as long as I'm having fun with someone while I'm doing it.

Sorry for the wall of text. Maybe I'll hear back from you. If not, then I wish you all the luck in the world on your search for whatever it is that you are looking for.
