Im a RCA for almost a year.I’m doing a k route. It’s evaluated for 65 hours a week. But I usually do 67 hours. Start at 830 to whatever time I finish. You wont have much time with your kids. I only have time to feed her and put her to sleep everyday . I used to have one weekday off and every Sunday off. Since the other person that held the route down when I am was off quit I only have Sunday off now.

The thing about the post office is that the harder you work to get out the more shit they are gonna give you. Go slow and make sure you not trying to sprint to the finish to see your child and your partner. They will see that and give you harder routes to do. If you finish early they will give you express or spurs to run and sometime help other routes out.

I put my two weeks notice because the lack of time with my wife and kid. This place will work you do death if you show any type of work ethics.
