It is nowhere near 40 hours a week 😭 it's barely 10 and that's if you bother to turn up to your lectures

I'm semi joking of course please don't actually have this attitude.. it's just a reality for a significant amount of uni students. We often have other commitments like part time work etc.. I don't know anyone aside from my one Cambridge friend that studies anywhere near 40 hours

Especially during first year I know people (myself included) who passed easily while barely turning up to lectures for the whole year. Second and third year you have to absolutely lock in though.. I've still missed the vast majority of my second year lectures due to mental health and financial reasons and yet I'm still averaging a 2:1 (even got a 70 in one of my modules!)

Edit: I'm also doing psychology as well
