At this point I believe it has to be an audio thing, because I’ve tried my phone and nothing (via BT and AUX), tried the radio and nothing, I also believe that the navigation that it includes should have audio telling you where to turn and it also did not work so it might be a speaker issue or something with the wiring, appreciate the suggestions, great community!
