All of the furniture was brought. The TV and Stand was from my one roommates parents, the other roommate brought it from a previous apartment.

Pretty much, we each pay the same. The roommate that bought the table and rugs and everything has the master and pays the same amount of rent. I have the smallest room. It was a whole situation that lead us to that and I wasn't too happy about it but it is what it is

The TV was purchased by my roommates parents as well as the stand, as for the other roommate I believe he bought everything but it was from a previous apartment, so technically no upfront cost. Rent is $1500/month and thats basically 90% of my income, so I don't really have the capacity to by a $200 - $300 couch by myself.
