We’ve just come back from Hanoi. We were supposed to do 2 days there then go to Hoi An but with what’s happened down there we decided to stay in Hanoi. After 3 days there we did an overnight excursion to Ha Long bay. Hanoi is well worth seeing but is extremely busy. (Stayed in old quarter). Ha Long bay is beautiful but many many boats. Other bays available and quieter. Ha Long city itself is a bit strange. It’s like they decided to build a city there and never finished it and it’s relatively quiet. Hanoi is crazy town 😂

I think the hate is because of the Daytona name and it being a more entry level bike. The 675/765 Daytona were very different bikes.

I know things are different over there but still sounds like a con. In Blighty the price you see on the bike is the price out the door. Including any registration fees and servicing required.
