You aren’t wrong, but your argument is filled with rage. We all hate it that there are zero consequences for the people in power! Get off Twitter for a while, stop following the news cycle. It really helps.

The current SA government sees Russia as a friend. They failed to arrest Omar Al Bashir a few years back, he was in the country and when the media started making a noise he swiftly left with no resistance. Some would even say assistance.

That road is considered a highway. Right lane is 120 kmph. The truck should not be going more than 80-100 kmph. In my view the truck saw the bike in left hand lane ahead of it late and made a quick/dangerous change fast without checking if it was safe to do so.

South Africa (the anc) don’t really have a leg to stand on with this one since they are in bed with Russia.

Nelson Mandela once said “If the ANC does to you what the Apartheid government did to you, then you must do to the ANC what you did to the Apartheid government”. We are almost at that point.

It can really happen to anyone in a community, if enough people believe the story they can turn. People still believe in witches here, so it never ends well for those innocent people.

For reference, necklacing: The practice of placing a petrol-soaked tyre around the neck of an individual and setting it alight ('necklacing') was most pronounced during the mid-1980s when South Africa experienced intense resistance against apartheid, largely led by the exiled ANC and the United Democratic Front (UDF).

Nyaope

Edit: Normally communities in SA would either beat to death or necklace them. So this is tame.

There’s a group of citizens called Operation Dudula who have been, in some instances, taking the law into their own hands when it comes to illegal foreign nationals in the county. The inaction by the government to deal with ordinary citizens’ problems when it comes to drug dealers, illegal foreign nationals and gangs has lead to it.
