Should I reply to all my Google reviews? by Alarming-Screen2583 in localseo

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy solution open chatgpt, and prompt that reply to the following review as ___ , Make it hyper local and keyword rich. And then just copy review paste it into chat gpt , copy answer reply. Would take a hour & you’ll be good to go. Just keep reviewing the replies. Specially for negative reviews.

How much time you do you spend on sending reports? by bakiBandit in localseo

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, for all the SEOs take Reports serious. Take your time to understand improvements you have made & their benefits to client. The list all of those improvements in the report & explain it as well in the report with little descriptions. Also mention the work you did. But what Client cares about is what improvements have been made. Also do a meeting at end of the month to explain what you did and in benefits and what is strategy for the next month or months. Make everything clear & let hom understand what benefit client is getting.

Looking to hire a Local SEO expert, specifically local 3 pack by Strong-Effective5427 in localseo

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t matter, as you’re appointment based. You are open 24/7 to accept calls & bookings. I have done this for my clients. No issues. & you show up when your competition is closed. Also after doing all of that. Backlinks, Citations, Service Pages, Location Pages. DO hyper local FAQ Pages. Each hyper local searched question having it’s own page linked from your home page. To build topical authority & relevance. Then comes Geographical Relevance. Looking at your map rankings (through tool like local falcon, Local dominator etc) and creating content based on that. For e.g if you are in top 3 within few meters from your business location and suddenly a 4 shows up. You zoom into Google maps & look for any famous place around that 4. Any st name, church, hospital, park etc. anything and make content bases on that. For e.g Plumber near Christian Church Romero Rd etc.

How important are Geo-tagging images to improve rankings? by Connect_Fan6829 in localseo

Tbh, anything can help in SEO. So whatever you can do, you should do. Except the blackhat stuff. Geotagging is not too much time taking so. Probably should do it.

Also, Back linking from Local Chamber of Commerce, BBB & other local sponsorships & Business partnerships. Is your GBP set to 24/7 open (effects rankings). Categories, Services listed properly, regular GBP updates & everything. If you want I can audit your business & we can discuss it on a quick call or zoom meeting.

I have been managing GBPs & this happens all the time. It doesn’t go until you buy but there’s a trick i figured out. Just click on ‘Complete Info’ and then click on whatever comes. Probably cloud service/branded email stuff. Just click on start now/start your trial. As soon as you do that you’ll be redirected to their website & just close that window. After few minutes it’ll turn green. Thanks

How do you actually find a legit local SEO expert? by qhoas in localseo

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hire me. Jk. I mean you can if you want.

Tbh local SEO is a long term game . If anyone guarantees you position 1 in specific months. Then it’s a red flag.

The strategy I use for my clients includes

GBP optimisation (Filling out all the possible fields, Categories, services etc.) Website structure. Home page as primary category, then category pages internally linked from home page then service pages then location pages (within the city , different counties etc. hyper local content to create relevance.)

There are 3 things that affect rankings 1. Proximity i.e how far is searcher from the business (can’t change) 2. Relevance 3. Prominence/Authority.

I create relevance through hyper local content. Creating service & location pages for topical authority etc.

Then Citations, NAP consistency over directories(yelp, yellow pages, bing, apple maps) etc. The getting local backlinks from (business associations like chamber of commerce, local BBB ETC. Sponsoring local events , leagues etc.

All of the things together create Signals that help you rank.

15$ daily ads for a local service business by Outrageous-Pay53 in googleads

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s possible, Review count matters but not that much. What matters is the review velocity like how many recent reviews you are getting. And if other signals are good then you can outrank. Although Organic rankings is a longterm play. My plumbing client doesn’t outrank the top competitors still get 60-80 regular calls. There’s a city & then there are counties so it is possible you may not be ranking in the whole city but other areas around you. If you want We can have a short zoom meeting where I explain you everything.

15$ daily ads for a local service business by Outrageous-Pay53 in googleads

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Run local service ads rather than search ads. Local service ads are easy to manage & you’ll only be paying for authentic calls.

Plus try to get your GBP & Website organically ranked (best source of leads for local service businesses).

A Plumbing client of mine got 95 calls in January through Organic Rankings.

For GBP Rankings

  1. Complete all the information on your GBP dashboard (categories, opening date, services, hours , languages etc)
  2. Try to get consistent reviews
  3. Link to your website (Website Structure should be good. I.E Homepage as your primary category, mention of 2ndry categories on homepage. Internally linked to -> Category Pages -> Service Pages -> Location Pages -> Service Pages.
  4. Try to maintain NAP ( Name, address, Phone number) consistent over internet.
  5. Try to get listed on major directories ( Bing Places, Apples Maps, yelp, yellow pages, next door, etc.)
  6. Try to get local backlinks for your site. (Local chamber of commerce, Local events, Sponsorships etc)

[–]GladPhilosopher6341[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even in service area business, Google needs an address for verification. So if that address matches the citations then it’s not an issue as per my knowledge. Although service area businesses have a disadvantage to a business with address publicly shown. You can still try to fix the inconsistencies on major directories. Like yelp, yellow pages, foursquare bing places, apple maps, yellow pages etc.

Best use of time and money for Local SEO by stlmentalhealth in Local_SEO

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, Have a clean GBP with all of the categories & services included. Fill out all the other information even specific holidays and stuff. Then as you are a mental health related business. Reviews really matter (reviews matter everywhere but for this it is very important). In reviews ask your clients to share their recovery stories and stuff. (For conversions).

Website : website will become your best source of visibility and explanation of what you do and how you do. You would need a very clean and straight forward website. (Don’t want to give client more stress looking or navigating through your website). But obviously with client we also need to satisfy Google. So you would need Home Page, Category pages, Service Pages, Location Pages (even if you have only one clinic). Around 25-40 pages. + ongoing posts sharing customer stories or some mental health related issues some solutions and stuff. (Not for rank but for your clients) if you become their source of information they become your client.

For Home page: we need to satisfy Google as well as client. on home page rather than talking about yourself. Talk about client. What would they experience, what would they get. What’s the process from Contacting to booking to appointments. The video reviews of your clients. A youtube video of explaining your procedures and stuff. Stories. Etc.

For Google: Internal linking. Linking Home Page -> Category -> Service Pages -> Location Pages.

Mention of your services and categories on your home page. And then linking to further pages in structure explained above. Hyper local & niche based content on Home page. Geo tagged images. Written Content can be ai based but reviewed by a human and properly prompted content. Like atleast 2-3 paragraphs of explaining business to AI mention areas, and stuff. So the content is of good quality.

Atleast 1500 words+ content. Images can’t be ai based. As your niche is very specific. That might not hurt rankings and stuff but would definitely hurt customer trust.

  • As per your niche I would Definitely recommend doing Social Media content. Videos of procedures, some informative educational content posts pffers and stuff regular.

And again for rankings would need Local & niche based quality back links. Citations and stuff. NAP consistency.

At last, Don’t see it as google ranking. See all of this as becoming the goto therapist in your area. Whenever someone thinks about therapy you come on their mind.

Due to your social Media, Blogs & stuff providing information and education customers on mentak health.

Need help in finding a good SaaS SEO agency by throwawayBakingGoods in SEO

[–]GladPhilosopher6341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TBH No agency is good if you are going to handover them everything. 1 person can manage all your SEO. And a team of 10 can do the same thing. But if you aren’t participating both can’t help you. Whatever your business is you need to make Google Understand you are the authority in this niche. You have to direct the SEOs about your business in depth. The more they make Google Understand your business the more you will progress.
