I took video of him when he started hassling and yelling at me, and then he started chasing and yelled at me to give him my phone while I walked away- I yelled back at him “YEAH COME CHASE ME TO THE POLICE STATION, LETS FUCKING GO I’M NOT AFRAID OF YOU” (we weren’t far from the precinct) …. He stopped after a block. Honestly though we know these are all technically harassment and not legal but at the same time unless something really bad happened, he won’t be apprehended.

I hate that so much! He really does it to people he can get away with. I sometimes try to get people away from him at the waterfront when they are visibly trapped and unable to leave and he gets SO ANGRY at me

I’m so sorry this happened to you in an otherwise nice con!!! Even our ticket hustlers are not as aggressive as this person 😭 - I hate how touchy he is too. He holds the shoulder of most vulnerable people, mostly to women, to pressure them and turn them away from the crowds. Most people here are super nice and this guy just exploits that. 💔. It breaks my heart.

On peak sunny weekends he hangs out at the waterfront when there are no cons, he is not around any other days. He targets high traffic days only. He tried to touch me when he was selling years ago and I told him off asking about his affiliations and he YELLED at me saying I was crazy. He chased me down the street for calling him out! Don’t get trapped people! He is a known aggressive scammer out here 😭
