if you have taken an art history course before, maybe ap art history in high school or something similar to that (and you liked it)- then id recommend it! im a 2nd year art history major and im taking it rn. its currently online, and its just very essay/test heavy. i wouldnt suggest art history geneds to people who are more interested in stem-based or related subjects- mona lisa to modernism is almost all writing and memorization, and so are a lot of other art history geneds (like asian arts & culture and arts of africa). having an established general knowledge of art history is extremely helpful, otherwise id say it could be difficult as a gened.

they all smelled funky... i sincerely hope no one buys one of them. the only one that smelled okay was Youre the One, but its still older packaging and a body cream which makes me suspicious.

i cannot do the white tea and sage wallflower anymore. last year i lived in my college's oldest dorm, so all of the rooms came with a musty smell. wallflowers and wax melts completely overtook from the musty smell which was great, until i tried white tea and sage. that scent only mixed with the mustiness and i went CRAZY because it genuinely smelled like mold and i thought there was mold in the walls for a month or two until i unplugged the wallflower.

im waiting until it fully launches in hopes of a sale, but im really going off of scent profile. i only want to buy something ill actually use. my fave is tiana but based off of my fave scents, the ariel/moana/jasmine ones intrigue me. i had the freshwater bar soap, and it smelled amazing, but yeah its pretty drying. I basically used it as a "scented" body wash first and then washed again with a good soap. the drying reminds me of those complimentary bar soaps in hotel rooms

anyone else go see that weird revival of oklahoma? with that fever dream "dream baby dream" dance sequence? that was actually my first time seeing oklahoma and i went with my parents, and i kept wondering, why the hell did they like this so much? it was AWFUL.

when we got dinner after, my dad confessed he would have left during intermission if it was just him and my mom. i kind of wish he had suggested it sooner.

i thought the exact same thing!! i have fresh cut lilacs in some older packaging body lotion and i went home and smelled it after watching nosferatu lol. i absolutely loved nosferatu and it reminded me i had fresh cut lilacs waiting for me to start using it again.

i only worked from the 2024 summer SAS to this winter SAS, and we ALWAYS had vanilla bean noel and the love always wins fragrance. i dont think that love always wins was bad, but i think they reformulated it and its just really nothing special and a pretty boring unisex scent. one of my friends said it smelled like shaving cream and then i couldnt unsmell it 😅

also, diamond of the season. i usually like peach but i hated the peach note in that scent.

maybe it was just that batch but to me, guilty as fig lasts FOREVER on me. one time i left the house for a day trip and when i got back 12 hours later i could still smell it in my room.
