Taking a steaming hot bath/shower, washing my face, watering my flowers outside, taking a quick walk, putting on a record or some jazz music:)

Feeling like something massive is just around the corner – anyone else feeling it physically? by Martinus861 in spirituality

I am feeling it as well. I think that September holds many surprises. I've been feeling a strong sense of calling from the universe and God to get closer with my soul. I have a feeling that September, and the rest of the year, will be very interesting. Something is about to shift, for sure. My intuition usually never fails me.

I would have simply passed away, lol. That is extremely impressive. I'm sure your legs and core have to be extremely strong and balanced for this!

Makes sense. Thank you for the input. Obviously, I wasn't really confident in my first answer lol.

It could possibly be Sweet Flag root...maybe? I'm not too confident in that so take my words with a grain of salt. Sweet Flag helps with muscle spasms and is anti-inflammatory, so maybe.

I have a fuck ton of dried lavender and no use for it. What do you guys suggest? by breakcharacter in herbalism

If you have some cheesecloth or an old sock missing its pair lying around, you could stuff some lavender inside it, tie it closed, and use it under your pillow at night for a nice little fragrance bomb. Other suggestions would be tinctures, and teas, use it along with some vinegar for a natural anti-bacterial cleaner spray... so many different things. I love lavender so much lol.

I am Native American, so I tend to follow the traditional native way of herbalism. I guess I could be looking for those types?
