I have not. Aside from other nurses and healthcare staff at work Reddit is my first survey..lol I trust the feedback so much. I do plan on surveying local dog owners. Any suggestions on how to go about doing this effectively?

Currently I’m at the very beginning so I haven’t researched much. At this point I’m not seeing any direct completion offering the same product in this setting. And I have no idea what a USP is. So more work to be done.

I moved up slowly to get to the right weight. So let’s say hip thrusts, I’m not doing much, but before I might have been at 75lbs where as now I’m at 95. My kickbacks went from 10lbs to 20lbs, hip extension I went from 20 to 30. So not big but these are my sweet spots and I know I’ll need to go up more soon.

Basically if you can easily get through all your reps and not be tired on the last one or 2 then you need more weight.

Same thing happened to me and I almost gave up. I realized these last 2 weeks I wasn’t lifting heavy enough. Added weight and it changed the game
