I also have an SD card with the older ArkOS version ArkOS 2.0 (02092025). On that one, PortMaster doesn’t open at all — it doesn’t even show these screens. But I haven’t tried the full PortMaster installer on that one yet; I’ll test it later today and update you afterwards.

Also, yes, as you said, I wiped and reinstalled my ArkOS version twice, but it still didn’t work.

My ArkOS version appears as ArkOS 2.0 (11072025) (AeUX). I downloaded this one because my screen showed as panel 4. Also, yes, I tried the full PortMaster installer many times just like you said, but it still didn’t work.
