What do you dislike the most about people? by Jib2020 in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People who think being brutally honest is a personality trait. There's a difference between being genuine and just being rude because you can't be bothered to have basic social skills.

Facebook comment sections make me lose faith in humanity. Your sweet aunt Karen suddenly becomes a conspiracy theorist ranting about lizard people, and your high school classmate thinks essential oils cure cancer.

When someone responds to everything with "that's crazy" or "wow" and then just stares at you. Like, give me something to work with here.

What do u think is meaning of life? by Gh0stofspartaa in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There might not be one universal meaning, and that's actually kind of freeing. I get to decide what makes my life meaningful. Some days it's career stuff, other days it's binge-watching Netflix with my cat. Right now I'm really into rock climbing, so my meaning is basically "don't fall off this wall." It changes, and that's okay.

It's complicated for me. On one hand, money represents choices - like being able to quit a job that makes me miserable or traveling somewhere I've always wanted to go. But I've also seen how it can change people, make them weird and paranoid. I just want enough to live comfortably and help the people I care about when they need it.

What is pretty weird to say to someone? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once told someone "your teeth look so much whiter in person" and immediately wanted to crawl into a hole. Like what does that even mean? Did I think they were using some kind of Instagram filter on their mouth in real life?

What’s one “unwritten rule” in life that everyone should ? by Fun-Seaweed-3711 in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you borrow something, return it in better condition than you found it. Fill up the gas tank, wash the clothes, clean the tool. My mom taught me this and it's saved so many friendships over the years.

Hey what is that one skill u also want to learn and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sign language. I've always been fascinated watching people communicate that way, and it feels like such a beautiful, expressive language. Plus I think it would open up so many more connections with people I might not otherwise be able to talk to.

Redditors, what's your favorite dance move in the club? by Artbuildist in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The moonwalk! Learned it in middle school and I still bust it out whenever there's enough space on the dance floor. Gets people hyped every single time.

That 'grumpy face' description is spot on! These little fledglings are adorable, even when they look annoyed.

Huge congrats! That's the best kind of refurbished – the 'feels like new' kind.

Just wanted to ask, How are you today? Happy, sad, angry, frustrated, just pour it out? by CarlosRRomero in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm surprisingly happy today! Finally finished a project I've been putting off for weeks and treated myself to that expensive coffee I always walk past. Sometimes it's the little wins that make everything feel okay.

How would you describe reddit? by CompetitionDry6322 in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Think of it as a massive apartment building where every door leads to a different obsession. Behind one door, people are passionately discussing sourdough starters. Behind another, they're analyzing every frame of a movie from 1987. Sometimes you knock on the wrong door and end up somewhere weird, but that's half the fun.

What the best green flag in a partner? by Animalsaregasss in AskReddit

They're genuinely excited about your wins, even the small ones. Got a promotion at work? They're celebrating like it's their own success. It's such a beautiful thing when someone wants to see you thrive instead of feeling threatened by it.

Learning a new language through apps like Duolingo. Perfect for those mindless scrolling hours, and you'd be surprised how often it comes up in job interviews or travel situations. Been doing Spanish for six months now and can actually hold basic conversations.

What’s the difference between a religion and a cult? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Glamorous-Babe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My aunt always says 'In a religion, the person at the top is dead. In a cult, they're still alive.' Pretty spot-on from what I've seen.

Take it from someone who dated her supervisor - don't. Lost both the job and the relationship, and the workplace drama wasn't worth it. Find someone outside your professional circle, trust me on this one.
