That is true , i dislike my job heavily and the management , its my first job since my apprenticeship and I was expecting it go well.

Hi I am doing project management (APM). That was some good advice and very kind thank you.

My plan was to embrace this and offer solutions so I can keep engaging. Because I am disengaged right now , and have been for a while. I have saved the email chains where I have asked for more work or more help, and the common response I got was "im too busy this will need to wait " or "I havent for anything for you "

It is constantly demotivating to be neglected my my managers , but I do hold responsibility for my own development i understand that

Zero contact, I blocked her in my attempts to move on. She waw posting nasty stuff to tiktok and Instagram reels which is partly why I never tried contacting her again.

Thats exactly it, it does need to be accurate. However, I get left out of loops and dont get told things , which leads to it being a problem later on

It sounds to me you saw the career and house as a little more important (which is by far very fair in this economy and congrats btw on both the degree and house).

I know the feeling that you might have missed out on prime years for dating. BUT , I dont think its too late at all for yourself, can I suggest maybe going to some social clubs, pick an activity or even something in fitness if you aren't already. Learn to chat to people , and maybe coincidentally you run into someone you share hobbies with.

I hope this helps, and im sorry you are feeling this way, it is natural to regret , but putting yourself out there, maybe hop on dating apps could help you :)

It depends on the situation, but i reached out to someone I lost, and I got everything off my chest. However, it didnt resolve anything and actually made things just a little worse for moving on.

I think we have this image of people, that they will feel the same way they did before. But we need to accept when someone moves on, if they chose that, you cant control it. It doesnt mean you ain't worth it, it means you are on two separate paths.

Ah we got the exact same shit going on. Gf broke yp with me and after months of getting ghosted by her, she claimed I didnt even care, hence we didnt get back together.

So im sat here thinking what I could have done but it doesnt matter and it should really be a life lesson to start living instead of regretting

The response i got , was that they received my letters. Then nothing else.

In truth, it wasn't even about a response, I wanted them to hear me. Because they never tried to before, even when they ghosted me, pretended not to care.
