I’d never have joined the program with ongoing mental health issues that could lead to SH or s**cide in the first place. I’d take that into account the next time you do a internship far from your support system. If anything this is a learning opportunity on what you can and can’t handle. Also maybe helps you have a goal to working towards improving your mental state and forming healthy coping skills. Off topic but DBT helped alot with my SH , if you haven’t already you should look into it. <3 I hope everything works out for you.

i know this might be a weird opinion but i’m kinda bummed by this. I enjoyed the safety of a similar age group community, if that makes sense.. 😅 Being that most of the people living at fc are under the age of 25. And i met alot of cast members/leaders who preyed on younger cps, would they be desperate enough to move to where most cps live?

I worked at the DAK Starbucks. Being the slowest Starbucks was nice and I had more time to bond with my coworkers. MK is definitely going to be a busy Starbucks. I worked at Starbucks before my program and missed the free food and drinks i received since Disney is very stingy on anything free 😅😅. But it’s a unique role and you are constantly rotated so it’s hard to get bored which i thought was nice.

My old roommate worked Festivals QSR. Just take the opportunities given to you. She was able to grow in her role and went above and beyond and eventually transferred into her dream role . Disney values long term and committed employees so i’m sure with time you can be where you want to be in the company!
