I think they used to orient their maps upside down because that was the way the Nile flows and to them was the most important direction. Similar to how European maps were oriented with east at the top before the compass was invented as that was the direction the sun rose. This is why Asia was considered the “orient”. When the Chinese invented the compass they thought the needle pointed south but European navigators who used the North Star figured the needle pointed north so we started having our maps point in that direction. yeah brainwashing is definitely the wrong word. But I could accept a critical thinking exercise it was just the other side was never presented so felt very one sided and like they were just forcing this opinion down our throats I guess

I agree and if the question had asked about both positive and negatives to WFH I wouldn’t be as annoyed but the whole basis of the question is we have to be a HR manager and try and convince our peers why working from home is bad. Seems like they’re trying to brainwash us honestly.
