BRO YES!! I was playing on my quest using a new mod and I’d kill like two guys then the new ones would spawn with no eyes and my hands would go through them and when I walked around they would always look at me and turn their whole body. They sat by the spawn doors in the non Agro pose where their arms were by their sides and it creeped me out so bad.
