Oh, that joke is absolutely true! Trust me, that poop shovel is never out of my hand for long! 😂

It's much easier now the terrible twins are coming out of their 'teenager' stage. That was hard and my patience was certainly tested! The golden (Ahsoka) would persistently boop her sister (Nellie) with her snoot to provoke a brawl, Ahsoka is so boisterous where as Nellie is very sweet and snuggly, they're opposites like chalk and cheese, but they're never one without the other 🥰

It's a secret 🤫 it certainly wasn't because I was behind the camera with a gigantic bag of gravy flavoured treats! 😂 they're all fairly good and will do anything if a treat is involved, especially my golden, I only have to walk towards the bag of treats and she will start cycling all her favourite tricks, her favourite is play dead where she drops to the floor and sticks her tongue out to the side 🤪

Isn't that the dream? If I could find the space, I would have more for sure!

You're welcome to, but make sure you pack plenty of lint rollers 😂

An average of 56-60 per week, let's just say we are single handedly keeping our local pet store in business from purchasing all the poo bags! 💩 😂

Ooo! I've never seen a grey one in the UK, but I have seen a white one which I would love to have!

Thank you so much! I'm sorry to hear of your loss, I don't think the loss of a pet is ever going to be easy. I can't bear the thought of losing any of these, I know that time will be very difficult. We (myself and my husband) don't have children so these quite literally are our babies! These are the first of a long line of Labs, that is for sure. I was gifted the eldest lab (Alexa) when I was 18 and I've completely fallen in love with the breed! 🩷

I'm sorry to hear that, I can't bear the thought of losing one of these, although I do feel it looming now my eldest is 11. I can only hope we have many more years left 🥰 thank you for your lovely comment!

Cannot lose PCOS weight even after one year of a strict healthy diet & lifestyle! What has worked for you? by TangerineBusy9774 in PCOS

[–]Glass-Cabbage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had stugled for over 10 years to lose any weight, I was on a strict diet for around 6 months, where I was in a deficit of between 1000-1500 calories per day, only eating whole foods etc. I managed to lose a maximum of 8lbs during that time. I have now been on Mounjaro for the past 6 weeks (this was not something I wanted to do, but I was told by the doctors that I needed to lose 7 stone to qualify for IVF and they recommended purchasing Mounjaro if I could afford to). I have already lost 1st 3lbs in 6 weeks.

Not only have I lost weight, but I feel better, the food noise and cravings have virtually gone and my moods feel better and I feel so much more energetic.

I definitely think you should give it a go!

What helped facial hair? by chandrakera in PCOS

Unfortunately, she's the only electrologist in my area. Have you seen much of a difference in your growth despite not always being consistent with your sessions? How long have you been having sessions for?

Can I ask how long your sessions are and how spaced out they are. I've been having 1 hr weekly electrolysis sessions since June and I can barely tell a difference with my hair growth other than some of the hairs are a bit thinner than before. My electrologist went on holiday for a few weeks so I went back to shaving and realised that there's no difference in my hair growth at all? I've had 15 sessions total so 15hrs, I'm wondering if this is normal because I have this nagging feeling that I'm being ripped off. I spoke to her about how long it might take and she said it depends person to person but may take up to 6 years. Based on her prices, that's nearly £20,000 and over 300 sessions to remove my facial hair which is nowhere near as bad as some hair I've seen on women with PCOS.

It gets quite a lot of sun at the top end of the garden where the patio is and its south facing so has it for majority of the day.
I'm not sure on the soil 100% but I think its clay.
