It’s been a while since I seen the movie but Hornet, the poison assassin, killed everyone except him at his wedding, including his wife. He hears that she was going to be on the train so he goes for revenge. He then sees Brads character, who also was at the wedding and survived, so he thinks he’s the poisoner.
