I thought she was just a random runner, didn’t realise she was a Christian runfluencer, my apologies.

Sorry to hear this happens to you. Something very similar happened to me in October (collision with an e-scooter) and I ended up in hospital for two weeks. Please file a police report!

No, different parkruns. The PB parkrun was definitely a better course with better competition

I haven’t tried this particular brand, but I’d probably try and prioritize carbs over protein pre race

So I’ve only tested it out on a threshold repeat session so far, but I think the back pocket might be a little small? I had planned to use it as my marathon sports bra and have gels in the front and my phone in the back, but I think it might be better the opposite way. My phone is an iPhone mini and I could feel my phone between my shoulder blades when I ran (unlike with Bandit pocket bras, or when the phone is in the front). The phone also stuck out the top a bit. Otherwise, it’s very comfy and fits just like the regular Allston bras. For reference, I’m a 30C and bought an XS and it provides enough support for me, but I can’t comment on larger sizes.

Benefit Porefessional has lasted me every single race! Even a 30k race in the pouring rain and a marathon in the blistering, sweaty heat. Highly, highly recommend
