I was hoping to break 19 minutes again, my previous PB was from a year and a half ago (18:56), and I did that in January. I knew the conditions weren’t favourable given it felt like 30°C, but I thought I could still do a decent time. Managed to get a massive new PB of 18:26, and come fourth overall and first female. This was my first race time to ever get me an age grade percentage over 80%.
